The Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) and the Hanoi Securities Trading Centre (HASTC) are the main distribution and trading platforms in Viet Nam. They are both financially self-managed entities under the regulation and supervision of the State Securities Commission (SSC). Depository, clearing, and settlement take place at the Viet Nam Securities Depository (VSD).
