Several platforms are used to provide fast and efficient methods in Singapore's bond issuance, trade, and settlement: E-bond for Singapore Government Securities (SGS) bonds and bills; Bonds Quotation System for the trading of government bonds and bills; corporate and statutory bonds and the Singapore International Monetary Exchange for contracts and derivatives trading; the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Electronic Payment System (MEPS) for government bonds and bills clearing and settlement; and the electronic book-entry clearing system of the Central Depository (Pte) Limited for clearing and settlement of non-government bonds and derivatives.
