Intermediaries

Intermediaries are involved in the issuance, sale, and trade of debt securities in both primary and secondary markets.

Primary or principal dealers assume a major role in government debt markets. They are normally required to tender for all primary issues and to deal with central banks in open market operations.

Asia Bond Indicators provides league tables for domestic bond issuance as provided by Dealogic.
