The Bank of Japan Financial Network System (BOJ-NET) is an online computer network connecting the central bank with designated financial institutions. It consists of two systems: the BOJ-NET Funds Transfer system and the BOJ-NET JGB Services.

BOJ-NET JGB Services facilitates the following services online:

• Issue notification
• Bidding
• Reports to the Ministry of Finance on total bidding
• Notification of accepted/allocated bids
• Issue and payment
