Trading
The People's Bank of China (PBC) issued the National Interbank Bond Market Bond Trading Convention in 2000. It establishes basic rules, procedures, and penalties for all interbank bond market participants. An English translation of the rules is not yet available. The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) endorsed the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges Trading Convention in 2001. It regulates trading activities of listed stocks and bonds on the two exchanges. An English translation of the convention is not yet available.

Government Auction Calendar
The Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the three policy banks may issue bonds by auction. There is no regular auction schedule as the issuers may use alternative means to sell bonds. These include the appointment of an issuing agent.
Auction Results
The result of each auction is announced and published on the day of the auction by the issuer.
