Trading and Bond Exchanges

Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) oversees the Fully Automated System for Issuing/Tendering (FAST) and the Bond Information and Dissemination System (BIDS). Applications, trading principles, market practices, and calculation conventions of FAST and BIDS are included at the links below. The Securities Commission also provides guidelines on dealings of universal brokers in unlisted debt securities at the link below.

The rules of the Malaysia Securities Exchange Bhd (MSE) are linked below, along with a comparison of Bursa Malaysia (formerly the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) and MSE rules. Trading procedures for the exchanges are also provided.

The Labuan International Financial Exchange (LFX) is a self-regulatory organization that supervises its market participants and implements its own rules and regulations. Linked below are the LFX's regulatory structure and business procedures.
