• Adoption of Company Law
• Draft of the Commercial Contract Law
• Draft of the Commercial Arbitration Law
• Establishment of a Special Commercial Court for commercial disputes and enforcement
• Adoption of Secured Transactions Law
• Drafting and Adoption of an Insolvency Law
• Adoption of Negotiable Instruments Law
